I had special 3-night stay here! I had inviting a double room with great decor and ice, for instance. All the staff was personable, fixed my issues. The service was top-notch, that made the hotel incredibly beautiful and quiet place. Didn't expect to get room service for nothing, you guys rock.

Enjoyed our spotlessly clean and glamorous room equipped with sophisticated seating and oranges and all the amenities. Having a separate shower and a bath was a bonus. Location: the hotel was near Michelin Starred restaurants nearby as well as the great shopping streets.

In my short visit, everything about this hotel was exceptional. The location was perfect, right off 5th Avenue, which made it convenient to explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I especially loved the King Cole bar, a must-visit onsite amenity. The staff were attentive and accommodating, making special arrangements for my 1-year-old and ensuring our stay was comfortable. Plus, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were surprisingly quiet considering we were in the heart of the city.
